A version of this track was on my first recording and, although I was proud of the musicianship from Clare Herriott and lovely backing vocals from Jo Nettleton, I felt the track didn't speak to me in the way I wanted it to.

I have wanted to re-record it and now, thanks again to the brilliant musicianship, production prowess and generosity of Martin Stephenson, I have.
For me, this conveys the confused angst of someone who isn't sure where they stand, so constantly imagines a bleak future before it happens.

I hope you enjoy it. x

Remembering those happy faces as we laughed and talked and planned
For all those years.
